Falafel is a deep-fried ball made from ground chickpeas with herbs and spices. Because the chickpea dough is so dense, none of the oil is absorbed, but rather adds a subtle crunch to the outer layer only. Falafel is a traditional Middle Eastern and Mediterranean food, commonly served wrapped in a pita. The falafel balls are topped with salads and tahini-based sauces.

None of our Falafel Tree menu items contain any meat, dairy, or eggs (except for upon request for catering events) and are a delicious addition to any diet.

His experience in the food industry is unparalleled, as he has helped open over 22 restaurants in multiple countries around the world. When the economy crashed in Egypt, crippling their currency, he made the bold move to America with nothing to his name except a knowledge of food and a passion for serving others. Together with his partners he is now ready to share his skills with the world again.
